Never Go Meepless Again (“NGMA”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, event registration and ticketing activities, why we collect it, and how it may be used.
Information We Collect
NGMA collects only the personal information reasonably needed to communicate with our community and administer our events.
When you contact us through our website, we may collect your name and email address so that we can respond to your message.
When you purchase event tickets, information may include the purchaser's name and email address and the names of individual ticket holders. This information is used to process and administer ticket orders, communicate important information about events, maintain attendee and check-in records, and facilitate ticket transfers.
NGMA does not currently maintain an email newsletter or mailing list, and information provided through our contact form or ticketing system is not automatically added to a marketing list.
Ticketing and Payment Services
NGMA uses Ticket Tailor to manage online event registration and ticketing. Ticket Tailor may process personal information necessary to complete and administer ticket orders.
Online payments are processed through PayPal. NGMA does not directly collect or store your payment card or PayPal account information.
Ticket Tailor and PayPal have their own privacy policies and practices governing information processed through their services.
Website Hosting, Cookies and Technical Information
Our website is hosted using Wix. Wix may use cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate and secure the website and to monitor the performance and effectiveness of its platform.
NGMA has not intentionally installed third-party advertising pixels or similar advertising-tracking technologies on the website.
Your browser may allow you to control or block cookies. Disabling some cookies may affect how certain website features function.
Children and Family Events
NGMA events are primarily intended for adults but may be family-friendly. Children attending an NGMA event must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.
Where information about a child is required for event registration or attendance, it should be provided by the child's parent, legal guardian, or another adult authorized to provide that information. NGMA does not knowingly use children's personal information for marketing purposes.
How We Use and Share Personal Information
